Three rules, every site

Design out the demand

Before adding solar panels, we shrink the load: correct orientation, cross-ventilation, deep shade, insulation and daylight cut energy needs by design — for free, forever.

ii.

Choose materials with a conscience

Local, low-carbon, recycled or rapidly renewable — every material is weighed for embodied energy, distance travelled and end-of-life reuse.

Waste nothing on site

Precise BOQs, segregated waste streams, crushed debris reused as sub-base, formwork reused across projects. A clean site is a cheap, green site.

We measure real consumption for a year after handover and tune each building until it performs as designed. IGBC, GRIHA and LEED certification support included when you want the numbers on paper.

The Vision

Green as the default, not the premium.

The industry's future isn't "green buildings" as a category — it's every building being green, without fanfare or price penalty. By 2030, every new Fatemi Infra project will be net-zero-ready: solar-powered, water-positive, and at least half low-carbon material.
